I have been a Broker Associate in the State of Colorado since 2001 and joined The Rawhide Co., REALTORS in August of 2003.  In 1990, I was a Real Estate Sales Associate in the State of Hawaii.

 

I believe I have found my professional "niche" in life as a Real Estate Broker.  I thoroughly enjoy helping people with their real estate needs and continually strive to provide "good old fashioned service."  I have excelled in my career through the honesty and integrity that I provide to my clients as well as continuing my professional education in real estate.  As a result, I have received several annual awards while at The Rawhide Co., REALTORS some which include TOP Sales Associate (2004 and 2007), TOP Residential Sales Associate and Campus Residential Listings (2004, 2006 and 2007).

 

As an ongoing pursuit to assist my clients, I successfully completed the Graduate, REALTOR Institute Program requirements to obtain the professional designation of GRI.  The designation sets the standards of real estate professionalism, knowledge and productivity, by providing sound training in the critical skills of the real estate business.  The GRI designation signifies a dedicated and knowledgable professional within the industry.

 

I also completed the Senior Real Estate Specialist Program requirements to obtain the professional designation of SRES.  The course focused on the needs of home buyers and sellers aged 50 and over and their need to understand how to navigate the real estate market.  The course covered tax laws, probate, estate planning, and teaches agents how to work with professionals specializing in these areas.

 

As a full time Real Estate Broker working with sellers and buyers, I take all my clients to heart and look out for their best interests throughout an entire real estate transaction.  I have experience working with first time buyers to seasoned sellers.  My clients needs range from a new home build, vacant land, equestrian properties to relocating to Colorado Springs.  I am ready, able and willing to provide the knowledge and skill necessary to guide a client to a successful closing,
